6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on MyWinBet are subject to specific terms and conditions. General bonus terms:

• Rollover: A specified wagering amount must be completed before using the bonus (typically 8x–12x).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — cash out is only available after the rollover requirement has been completed.
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 will count toward the rollover requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the bonus period expires.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be removed from your account.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Harassing or threatening other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

MyWinBet may close an account on its own initiative, or users may close their account themselves.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Closed by platform: MyWinBet reserves the right to close an account in cases of rule violations, fraud, or unfair conduct.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem for you, you can apply for self-exclusion from our Responsible Gaming page.

• Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance may be withdrawn.
• Balances on accounts closed due to rule violations are subject to review.
• You cannot re-register while a self-exclusion is active.

9 Limitation of Liability

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection failure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of a user's own account.
• If service is temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue.
